My photos and story titled, Liquid Rush – Descent into British Columbia’s Nakwakto Rapids, appeared in the November 2008 issue of Canada’s DIVER Magazine. Publisher/Senior Editor, Phil Nuytten, wrote in his SOUNDINGS editorial “The Nakwakto Rapids piece is a good one… I’ve had some memorable dives off Nakwakto’s “Tremble Island” (as the locals call it). Can you imagine a current so swift that an island throws a serious rooster-tail?!
