Jett Britnell Photographics ~ "It's Alive!!!"

"Look! It's moving. It's alive. It's alive... It's alive, it's moving, it's alive, it's alive, it's alive, it's alive, It's Alive!!!" Ok, so I have shamelessly borrowed what is perhaps the most famous line in horror movie history to introduce to you... insert short drum roll and cymbal smash here... www.jettbritnell.com. After a long hiatus, my website is back on the world wide web with a new & improved offering that features samples of both my underwater and topside photography - along with numerous examples of my publishing & advertising credits. I plan on updating the site with nude... errr, I mean... new images as they are created. Check it out!

Publishing Rush!

DIVER Magazine November 2008 issue

My photos and story titled, Liquid Rush – Descent into British Columbia’s Nakwakto Rapids, appeared in the November 2008 issue of Canada’s DIVER Magazine. Publisher/Senior Editor, Phil Nuytten, wrote in his SOUNDINGS editorial “The Nakwakto Rapids piece is a good one… I’ve had some memorable dives off Nakwakto’s “Tremble Island” (as the locals call it). Can you imagine a current so swift that an island throws a serious rooster-tail?! If you are an ‘extreme dive’ enthusiast, you should think about adding this notch to your gun-handle: the ultimate drift dive.”

Thank You, Phil!

Pitt Meadows Golf Club

New Years Eve 2009

While I am perhaps best known for my underwater photography, I also have many of my topside images published in various media worldwide. While attending this year's New Years Eve Gala at my golf club this past week, I noticed some of my images on a promo poster for the club hanging in the main foyer. A good omen perhaps for the year to come…
