Explored the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood in Paris.
Specifically, on my list was to visit and soak up the energy at two
famous cafés, Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore. Both rank
as being among the oldest and most prestigious coffeehouses in Paris,
celebrated for their famous clientele of writers, actors, French
intellectuals and other famous thinkers of the 1940s and 1950s. A
personal thrill for me was to sit between the tables that Hemmingway and
Jean-Paul Sartre routinely sat at.
